Maestros Aceituneros® pays tribute to all those generations that have left us an immense cultural legacy that we want to share and put in the place it has earned.
1. We want to recover the flavours of our land.
Of all the Mediterranean basin, Spain stands out as the largest producer of high quality native varieties. Rescuing them contributes to the development of the business fabric of entire regions with a great agricultural tradition and also to your well-being.
2. It is necessary to promote the olive culture.
We want to help you learn about products, designations of origin, seasonings, history, recipes, pairings… to turn the table into a meeting point for those who have a discoverer inside them and still don’t know it. The more you know, the better they taste.
